Neighborhood Guide

Edmond

A lively downtown, miles of trails, and a college-town buzz, just north of Oklahoma City.

Just north of Oklahoma City, Edmond is one of those places that always has something going on. Downtown is walkable and full of local shops, coffee, and restaurants, grab a cup at Café Evoke, graze the Edmond Railyard food hall, or have dinner at The Mule, and it really comes alive at Heard on Hurd, the free street festival that takes over the third Saturday of the month with food trucks, pop-up shops, and live music.

It's a haven for the outdoors, too, with more than 47 miles of paved trails connecting favorites like Arcadia Lake, Hafer Park, and the sprawling Mitch Park, plus a Fourth of July fireworks show that's the biggest in the metro. When it comes to homes, Edmond has just about everything, from first homes and established neighborhoods to newer low-maintenance builds, with the University of Central Oklahoma adding a little extra buzz.

As a lifelong Oklahoman, Edmond is home turf for me. Whether you're buying your first place or ready to sell, I'll help you plan every step. Curious what's out there, or what your home might be worth today? Let's talk.
